Sign-Offs & Audits

This page documents Ombudsman training at Golden Acres on 2-4-20, various internal  trainings and employee sign-offs, and various logs and tracking information to date. Each training contains the training document, followed by the individual sign-in pages (attestation) for the training given.

To find an individuals sign-in sheet for a given training, open the file, then press Ctrl-F to bring up a prompt to enter a last or first name, then hit enter. Each signed page has been indexed with the name of the individual, so all instances will be found, one after the other.
